Contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.
Preparation and Packaging
Carefully repackage the furniture in its original protective wrapping to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Scheduled Pickup
We will arrange for a specialized white-glove furniture courier to collect the item directly from your home at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece at our workshop, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
