Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer professional white-glove delivery for all large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How should I care for and maintain my wood furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. To preserve the finish, avoid direct sunlight and harsh chemical cleaners. We provide a complimentary care kit with every purchase to help maintain the wood's natural luster.
What is your return policy for bespoke items?
Because custom and bespoke items are built to your specific requirements, they are non-returnable. However, we provide a 5-year structural warranty and will work with you to resolve any issues regarding craftsmanship or transit damage.

Absolutely. While we celebrate the natural beauty of wood, we offer a variety of low-VOC oils, waxes, and custom stains. You can order a sample pack to ensure the finish matches your home decor perfectly.
